For all humans and one country, the reuse of capital and the application of renewable capital are the main factors of sustainable development.
Over the years, the manufacturer of refractories has shrunk, and its output has grown smaller and smaller. This is related to the function of refractory materials and the policy of seeking. The application of refractory materials is to resist the corrosion of high temperature and slag. The policy is to seek long life. As a result, the mandate is getting longer and more and less. It is necessary to develop new functions for refractory materials to be disjointed. In addition to long life, new guidelines should be sought.
The refractory material itself does not have serious environmental pollution. In addition to the unused raw materials and the accumulation of refractory materials, the most caring chromium pollution in these years is the desertification and atmospheric dust. In some developed countries, the use of magnesite refractory in cement rotary kiln has been stopped, and the spinel and dolomite materials used as substitutes have achieved good results. In China, discussions and trials are still under way. In the metallurgical profession, especially in the non-ferrous metallurgical industry, the magnesium chromium material remains the main refractory material. Unlike the cement industry, the chromium refractory in the metallurgical industry is not easily converted to hexavalent chromium, which may be less polluted to the environment. However, the raw materials and waste bricks will accumulate in the open air for a long time, as well as the formation of hexavalent chromium into the underground water system to form pollution. In the present situation, the urgent need is to strengthen the storage and recycling of waste bricks, and to actively develop alternative products, which has a long way to go in the non-ferrous metallurgical industry.
Energy conservation is a major aspect of sustainable development with energy intensity. Can you open a material that has both high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used for energy conservation? That's what we're going to do in the next phase.
