Electric furnace, converter, ladle, GOR furnace with magnesium carbon brick and aluminum magnesium carbon brick, calcium magnesium carbon brick is according to the different use of thermal equipment parts and different using conditions and the design and manufacture, its high purity, high density fused magnesia or large crystal fused magnesia, high purity graphite as the main raw material, adding the right amount of antioxidants, phenolic resin as binder, after high pressure forming.
This product is mainly used in electric furnace lining, furnace lining, furnace bottom, furnace hat, file a steel parts, direct contact with the molten steel and slag, with high strength and slag resistance strong, good thermal shock resistance and high refractoriness, etc. According to the conditions of smelting, the different parts of the furnace are selected for the magnesium carbon bricks.
The magnesium-calcium carbon brick produced by the company is made of high quality magnesium sand, dolomite sand and synthetic magnesia dolomite sand, which is made of anhydrous resin as binder. Good slag resistance, more stable in high temperature vacuum, can clean molten steel. It is applicable to the furnace, AOD furnace, LF furnace, GOR furnace, etc., for the smelting production of stainless steel.
